The staff offered assistance with luggage upon arrival! The reception area included comfortable seating and provided local maps. The room had modern decor and a working air conditioning unit, it maintained a steady temperature. I found a selection of teas and coffee available in the room.
The hallway carpet showed some signs of wear and tear, nothing too serious though

helpful staff onsite parking
The staff was very helpful. I left my phone and they posted it to me. breakfast included a full english, continental options, and fruit. i could even have a drink with my dogs in a dedicated area.

my room was spacious. it had a good size tv. the bed was comfortable. breakfast had many options. i found staff friendly. the swimming pool gave enjoyment to my kids.
i think the building is a bit run down.

The room had air conditioning and i found it standard. Breakfast was excellent i thought. The reception team were friendly and cute.
There was only one small lift. It reminded me of a maze to find my room. The bathrooms seemed very small and the door did not have a lock.

i found the reception staff cute and efficient. the room was clean and well-kept. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. the hotel's proximity to local attractions made sightseeing easy.
the wi-fi signal was somewhat weak in certain areas of the hotel.

helpful staff comfortable room excellent value
The reception staff were helpful. My room was very comfy and tidy. The hotel represents excellent value. I found the facilities very appropriate for the price paid. The air conditioning in the room was useful.
Parking seemed limited, and it might be fully booked. I did not experience any problem on the streets in the vicinity.
